The House

Note that we are well-trained dog-friendly with a pet fee.

Our home was built in 1970 and is still in great vintage condition. We did add a large mini-split system in the past year with room-specific heating and cooling for each bedroom and the great room upstairs. There is also an updated safe wall heater in the downstairs bathroom, and a newer, full-size washer and dryer.
